AI7 Guardrails on TargetFlo's Claude & ChatGPT Connectors

How TargetFlo lets ABA teams ask Claude or ChatGPT operational questions without PHI risk: TargetFlo sign-in, role-based topics, read-only tools, purpose-built views, small-count suppression, an output guard, and full audit.
"Can we use ChatGPT with our data?" is one of the first questions ABA leaders ask — and the honest answer for most systems is "not safely." TargetFlo's Claude and ChatGPT connectors are designed around what the assistant cannot read.
1. One-click connect, TargetFlo sign-in
No keys or code to copy. Claude or ChatGPT sends you to TargetFlo's sign-in, and you choose the organization.
2. Role-based topics
Admins, HR, operations admins, and BCBAs each see only their role's topics. If a role changes, the connection narrows immediately.
3. Read-only tools
Every tool is read-only. Nothing can be created, changed, or deleted.
4. Purpose-built views
The connector's database role can read only views built for it — no client, insurance, clinical, or document tables.
5. Small counts suppressed
Client counts under 11 are shown only as "fewer than 11", so a small number can’t point to a person.
6. A PHI output guard
Any result that looks like PHI is blocked before it is returned.
7. Audited and switchable
Every call is logged (the tool and timing, never the answer). Admins can disconnect apps or switch connectors off for the whole organization.
